This Terms & Conditions applies to the Karneh mobile app for Android and iOS and to the website karneh.com.

1. The service
Karneh is provided by Noga Apps (Osama Esmail Abdellatif Abdelaal), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.karneh). Karneh lets business owners manage member subscriptions and check members in with QR codes, and lets members present their membership pass. By creating an account or continuing past the sign-in screen you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Staff accounts act under the permissions the business owner grants them.
3. Business owners
You are responsible for the accuracy of member, subscription, and payment records you enter, and for having the right to store your members' contact details and photos. Payment records in Karneh are bookkeeping entries; Karneh does not process money in this version.
4. Members
Your pass is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your QR code or account so another person can use your subscription may lead to denied entry or removal by the business.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to forge passes, bypass check-in verification, access other businesses' data, or disrupt the service.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app with a new version number, and continued use after acceptance of the new version constitutes agreement.
7. Termination
Owners may remove staff and members at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
