What gets deleted
- Every business you own, with everything in it: members, plans, subscriptions, payments, check-ins, staff access, photos and logo.
- Your profile and sign-in: your name, email and Google sign-in.
- Your Karneh Pro status on our side.
What stays
- Gyms you belong to keep their own records of you (card, payments, visits). Your account is unlinked from them.
- Your staff access at businesses you don't own ends. Their records stay with them.
- Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
